Dr. Alysia Liddell, Ph.D.

Dr. Liddell is a passionate practitioner licensed in the field of clinical psychology who divides her time between clinical practice, training, supervision, consulting, and family. Dr. Liddell received her Ph.D. from the California School of Psychology – Los Angeles and has over 20 years of career experience in the mental health field.
As a licensed practitioner, Dr. Liddell employs a solution-focused approach to treatment to help empower and encourage growth and self-sufficiency of her clients. Treatment modalities include psychological testing, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, coaching, and other evidence - based treatments to help adults, geriatric populations, children, and adolescent clients with a wide range of emotional, behavioral, complex trauma, and adjustment problems.
Dr. Liddell’s professional focus and specialties are in the areas of women issues, minority mental health, trauma, depression, anxiety, loss and grief, retirement adjustment, job stress, chronic illness, pain management, disabilities, autism, bereavement, and, psychosocial-oncology. Dr. Liddell strongly believes that the strength of the client – therapist relationship is paramount for effective change.
Dr. Liddell finds it gratifying to introduce clients and therapists, alike, to solution - focused approaches and integrative care options for optimal wellness. She has had the privilege of witnessing dramatic transformations using evidence - based treatment and is eager to apply her experience and compassion with clients.

Jessica LaPage -Smith, LCSW
Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Ms. Smith is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who earned her Master's Degree in Social Work from New York University. She has had over 10 years of experience working in the clinical field. She enjoys providing therapy to individuals (12 and older) and couples. She believes that therapy involves a collaboration between the client and the therapist and that active participation is necessary to produce the most effective outcome.
Ms. Smith's practice style is inspired out of the desire to move people from a life of default to a life of design. Ms. Smith strives to help her patients achieve a balance, and believes that balance can only be achieved through intentional living.
Ms. Smith respects that everyone is different and unique and will show up in many different places of life's path. She uses an integrative framework that incorporates aspects of existentialism, logotherapy, interpersonal, functional, solution-focused and cognitive behavioral-based therapies. She believes that people are born for a unique purpose and that it is the responsibility of everyone to discover and find the meaning of their purpose.

George Esposito, LCSW
Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Mr. Esposito is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who received his
Master’s Degree in Social Work from Loyola University, Chicago
Illinois. He has extensive experience working with families,
children and individuals in a variety of settings from residential treatment facilities to executive director positions.
He has worked in outreach programs working with economically disadvantaged populations successfully creating resources geared toward assisting the local population.
Prior to joining Westbrook Psychological Services,
he spent ten years as a clinical social worker at the Department
of Corrections.
He has also taught numerous courses in the Social Sciences
at Antelope Valley Community College, UCLA Graduate School
of Social Work, California State University at Northridge and
National University.
He has undergone special training to work with veterans who
served in Vietnam, Afghanistan, and Iraq suffering from Post
Traumatic Stress Disorder.

Ms. Lawscha is an experienced, conscientious therapist with a proven history of providing clients and their families with effective, beneficial mental health services to improve the emotional well-being of individuals by working together to find solutions to the issues that are brought to the therapy room. Her goal is to enhance the mental and emotional health of patients by providing a safe space by utilizing the client center, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focus, Family Systems. She offers bilingual English & Spanish counseling services, a dedication to client success, and a genuine deep respect of others culture and values.

Dr. Audrey Miller, Psy.D
Licensed Clinical Psychologist

Dr. Miller is a licensed clinical psychologist with extensive experience providing compassionate and scientifically-informed treatment to children, adolescents, and adults. Dr. Miller believes that understanding and a deepened sense of self-awareness are the foundations for positive therapeutic change and she uses a collaborative, strength-based approach to facilitate these changes in therapy. Dr. Miller has been trained using a generalist approach and tailors interventions and treatments to fit the unique needs of each individual with whom she sees. Therapy with Dr. Miller will help you identify personal strengths, develop healthier relationships, and establish more adaptive coping strategies for better navigating life’s challenges.
Dr. Miller has a doctorate-level education in clinical psychology and graduated from an APA accredited university in the San Francisco Bay Area. She hones a wide-range of professional experience with particular specialties in addressing issues related to anxiety, depression, life transition, stress management, relationship and identity-related issues, attention difficulties, grief and loss, and complex trauma.

Associate Clinical Social Worker
Ms. Taylor is an Associate Clinical Social Worker who graduated from California Sacramento State University with a Master’s in Social Work.
Ms. Taylor has experience providing direct counseling and therapy services to youth for the purpose of supporting student education and promoting social and emotional success. She is eager to learn with the guidance of Dr. Liddell and fellow colleagues and hopes to guide you toward empowering yourself from a strength-based perspective.
